About Access Bars
Is a gentle healing modality designed to release imiting thoughts, emotional blockages, and stored stress from the brain and dy. In just one session, many people report feeling lighter, clearer, and more at eace — as if a weight they didn’t even know they were carrying had been lifted.
Offered by holistic healer and energy guide Jaime Segura, Access Bars sessions and trainings are available as a standalone path, perfect for hose seeking healing and transformation without the equine-assisted component of EquusAccess®.
What Is Access Bars?
There are 32 points on the head that store the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions you’ve accumulated over your life, many of which are subconscious and limiting.
During a Bars session, Jaime gently touches these points in a specific sequence. As this happens:
The brain enters a deep, meditative theta state.
Energetic patterns related to fear, stress, anxiety, trauma, and limitation begin to release.
Space opens up for clarity, peace, creativity, and new possibilities
